Welcome to my almanac 👋, where passion, curiosity, and code intertwine to shape my coding adventures and learning process. I am an enthusiastic self-taught web developer hailing from Italy, and my journey in this ever-evolving field began back in 2016 when I embarked on a life-changing chapter in Taiwan, where I married my sweet wife.

From the moment I wrote my first line of code, I knew that web development would be more than just a career path for me. It became a relentless pursuit, a boundless source of inspiration that continues to drive me forward. Over the years, I have honed my skills as a front-end developer, immersing myself in technologies such as TypeScript, Angular, Node.js and React.js, to name a few. These tools have allowed me to create captivating digital experiences, pushing the boundaries of what I once believed I could accomplish.

However, my thirst for knowledge extends beyond the familiar territories. I am constantly eager to explore and play with new technologies, unafraid to step outside my comfort zone, unless it’s during coding interviews 😅. Languages like Elixir and Python have piqued my interest, offering me fresh perspectives and opportunities to expand my coding repertoire.

But life is not all about code and pixels. Beyond the screen, I find solace and inspiration in various passions. Martial arts have been a constant presence in my life, teaching me discipline, focus, and perseverance — qualities that seamlessly translate into my coding journey. Immersing myself in the Chinese language has not only deepened my understanding of a rich culture but has also broadened my horizons as a developer, allowing me to connect with a global community. And of course, there is the joy of traveling, exploring new lands, and finding inspiration in the world around me.

Yet, amidst all these adventures and pursuits, there is one role that brings me the greatest joy and fulfillment — a proud father. Balancing the responsibilities of parenthood with my insatiable desire to learn and grow as a developer has been a remarkable journey and challenge of its own. It has taught me to prioritize, manage time effectively, and find harmony in the various facets of life.

Through this blog, I aim to share my coding experiences and challenges. I want to keep track of what I’m learning and, possibly, inspire fellow beginner developers to embrace the beauty of continuous learning and the joy of exploring new technologies. I hope to create a space where we can grow and thrive together.
